Careers in Medicine is a four-phase course designed to assist you in understanding your options for choosing a specialty and selecting and applying to a residency program to meet your career objectives. Careers in Medicine can be used as both a self-managed course and/or combined with career/specialty guidance programs provided by your medical school. CIM is a program run by the AAMC.
